Use the prototype for supervised educational evaluation.

Appropriate use

• Use Kuki Math Quest for authorized teaching, learning, testing, and product evaluation.
• Use fictional learners in initial tests and supervise children using the prototype.
• Do not enter sensitive personal, health, disciplinary, financial, or emergency information.
• Do not probe another class, share access tokens, disrupt the service, or upload unlawful or harmful content.

School and educator responsibilities

• Confirm authority, consent or another lawful basis, retention, and deletion procedures before using real learner information.
• Keep class codes private, review every generated assignment before publishing, and verify reports before making teaching decisions.
• Provide an accessible alternative and human support where a learner cannot use the experience.
• Maintain safeguarding and incident channels outside the product.

Prototype limitations

• The prototype may change or be unavailable. Unsynchronized progress is saved on this device until a connection returns; clearing browser site data removes that local copy.
• Offline availability depends on a successful first download and should be verified on the school's devices.
• Generated mathematics content and translations require teacher review; progress and mastery are support signals, not standardized results.
• External learning resources have their own availability, content, privacy, and accessibility practices.

Privacy and account services

The privacy notice explains learner and teacher information, local storage, current retention, export, deletion limitations, and safeguarding. Teacher access uses Kuki's first-party educator account system and must not be shared between staff members.

Changes, suspension, and questions

Access may be limited to protect learners, classrooms, or the service. Updated terms should be posted here with a new date. Questions and formal pilot agreements should go through the participating school or pilot administrator.
